3. Use of Service

• You must not upload images that violate copyright laws or contain explicit, harmful, or offensive content.
• You agree not to misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
• Each photo upload counts toward your usage quota.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and algorithms used by StyleJudge remain the intellectual property of StyleJudge. You retain ownership of the photos you upload.

5. Accuracy of Results

StyleJudge provides subjective style evaluations powered by AI. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any feedback provided.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we suspect violation of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

Refund & Dispute Policy

We strive to offer a fair and simple refund policy.

1. Purchase Structure

Our service operates on a pay-per-use model: users purchase a fixed number of image upload credits (e.g., 10, 15, 20).

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full or partial refund if:

• You were unable to use purchased credits due to a technical issue
• You accidentally purchased multiple credit packs
• Your images were rejected incorrectly (e.g., false detection of no people)

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• You’ve used a significant portion (e.g., more than 50%) of your upload credits
• Dissatisfaction with AI feedback (as style evaluation is subjective)

4. How to Request

Email support@stylejudge.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your email and description of the issue.

5. Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may permanently block access to the service.
